• Before the formal production of the animation, we will provide you with a cartoon character design (draft). Once this design is submitted, the deposit is non-refundable.
• In the event that we fail to complete your order by the specified deadline mentioned above, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
3. Order Cancellation:
• If you choose to cancel your order before the commencement of the character design, a full refund will be issued.
• Cancellations made after the character design is submitted will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
• It may take some time for your refund to be officially processed.
